This is the second appearance for the Denham Tailor BS blazer after the massive success of spring and summer 2011. Only available in navy blue, and later in limited numbers in black the Tailor blazer really caught the imagination of the public, who teamed the blazer jacket with a shirt or t shirt and chinos to complete a casual yet smart designer look for the cooler days. Now Denham have brought the jacket back with a vengeance. Now available in medievil blue (navy), black and a new light grey in sizes small through to double extra large or XXL the jacket is set to have peoples pulses racing one again. Those who missed out won’t make the same mistake, while those who managed to grab one may get a new colour or the entire set. There are then the people who now see the jacket as worth a go for autumn, so all in all adding a smart blazer to the jacket collection is a good move. It smartens up your day to day clothing, adds a layer on cold days, or is layered under a coat on wet and windy days for maximum warmth and style.
The Tailor BS blazer is made from a cotton/polyester mix and features a typical three, or four if folded out, button fastening at the front. Two open angled pockets on the hips, and one button closing breast pocket. Curved hems, darts in the elbow and anthropological cuffs all feature to ensure that the jacket fits perfectly to the human figure. The final piece of the jigsaw with this amazing blazer is the detailed branding. A patch in the back of the neck, and small triangular Denham logo on the hem that details the time and effort spent making sure this jacket fits to the best of its ability. Priced at £169 this may not be the cheapest jacket that you have come across, however the timeless style will more than make up for the cost, as will the quality and fit of the Denham Tailor BS blazer. If you’re getting one make sure you’re quick, as only a handful of UK retailers stock the premium Dutch made, but British designed denim and clothing brand.
